Every day brings new experiences and discoveries. We are truly delighted to share a special occasion - the Reaton Food team had the honor of collaborating with the United States Embassy - Riga, Latvia and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) to introduce Latvian and Baltic culinary professionals to wild-caught seafood from Alaska.
This was the first ASMI event in the Baltics, marking an important milestone both for our company and for the local gastronomic community. For the occasion, Reaton Food chef Rolands Kirsteins created four refined dishes, giving guests the opportunity to experience keta (chum) salmon, Alaska pollock fillet, and Alaska black cod in diverse culinary interpretations.
