1. Introduction

No. 40003015277, address: Čiekurkalna 2. līnija 74, Riga, LV-1026 (hereinafter – the Controller) implements the processing of personal data that is obtained on the website www.reaton.lv (hereinafter – Website) from the data subject – the user of the Website (hereinafter – the User).The Controller shall take care of the privacy of the User and the protection of personal data, and shall respect the User’s right to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable regulatory enactments: Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (Regulation) and other applicable regulatory enactments in the field of privacy and data processing.Taking the above mentioned into account, the Controller has developed this Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing the User with the information required by the Regulation. The Privacy Policy applies to the processing of data, regardless of the form and/or environment, in which the User provides personal data (on the Website, in printed form or by phone).

3. Purposes of processing, legal basis of processing
If the User submits his/her personal data to the Controller, such as name, surname, personal identification number, e-mail or postal address, phone number, personal messages, etc., via the Website contact forms, e-mail or other mail, the Controller stores and uses such information for the purpose of performing or concluding a respective service agreement.  The processing of the abovementioned data is required by the Controller for customer identification, for preparing, signing and proving the conclusion of the agreement, to ensure/maintain the operability of services, for customer service, for reviewing and processing claims, for administration of settlements as well as other purposes directly related to the conclusion of the performance of agreements.The legal basis for processing of the data is Sub-Clause (b) of Article 6 (1) of the Regulation, which states that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
4. Personal data categories
Categories of personal data – name, surname, personal identification number, e-mail or postal address, IP address, phone number, contents of a message or letter, etc.
5. Categories of personal data recipients
The data is disclosed to those employees of the Controller, who need it for the performance of the direct duties in order to fulfil or to conclude a relevant agreement of service provision.When acquiring and using personal data, the Controller partially uses outsourced services, which in accordance with the agreement, strictly follow the instructions of the Controller and which the Controller monitors before and during the use of the service.

Categories of data subjects – current, past and potential customers of the Controller, as well as their employees or contacts.
7. Data transfer outside Latvia
The received data are not and shall not be transferred outside Latvia, the European Union or the European Economic Area, as well as will not be transferred to any international organisation.
8. Duration of storage of data
Unless otherwise stated in the data protection instructions, the Controller shall delete personal data no later than 3 months after the original reason for retention no longer applies, except for in cases when we are legally obliged to continue to retain such data (for example, but not limited to, for accounting records or for legal purposes).
9. Access to personal data by the data subject
The data subject has the right to access the personal data of the data subject within one month from the date of submission of the relevant request.The User may submit a request for exercising his/her rights in writing in person, at the registered office of the Controller (by presenting an ID document) or via e-mail, by signing it with a secure electronic signature.Upon the receipt of the User’s request for the exercise of the User’s rights, the Controller verifies the identity of the User, evaluates the request and executes it in accordance with the regulatory enactments.The User has the right to receive the information specified in the regulatory enactments regarding the processing of his or her data, the right to request access to his or her personal data, as well as to request the Controller to supplement, correct or delete the data, restrict the processing of it or the right to object to the processing, as long as such rights do not contradict the purpose of data processing (signing or performance of the agreement).The data subject does not have the right to receive information, if the disclosure of such information is prohibited in accordance with the law in the field of national security, national defence, public safety, criminal law, as well as for the purpose of ensuring public financial interests in tax matters or supervision and macroeconomic analysis of the participants of the financial market.
10. The right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority

1. The website  www.reaton.lv  (hereinafter - the Website) collects data about the visitors of the Website, to enable the operator of the Website to evaluate how useful the Website is and how it could be improved.
2. The Controller who collects data about the Website visitors on the Website is SIA Reaton, Reg. No. 40003015277 (hereinafter - the Controller).

The Controller constantly enhances the Website with the purpose of improving its use and therefore the Controller requires knowledge of what information is relevant to the Website visitors, how often they visit this Website, from what device and browser, which region they come from and what content they read most often.

6. The Controller uses Google Analytics, which allows the Controller to analyse the use of the Website by the visitors. The Controller uses the collected data in its legal interests to improve the understanding of the Website visitors’ needs and to improve the accessibility of the information published by the Controller.
7. The server hosting the Website may register the requests sent by the visitor (including the device and browser used, the IP address, and date and time of access). This data referred to in this paragraph is only used for technical purposes: to ensure proper functioning and security of the Website and to investigate potential security incidents. The basis of such data collection is the legal interest of the Controller to ensure the technical availability and security of the Website.

13. If the Controller’s Website offers a forum or comment feature, in such case the Website shall store the IP address and any data provided by the visitor himself/herself. For your convenience, to avoid having to enter this data again each time, cookies containing this data may be stored for one year.

The Controller confirms that cookies and statistical information shall be collected, processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory enactments of the European Union, including the Personal Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016 No. 2016/679.
