On September 23, 2026, Estonia’s National Pizza Trophy 2026 took place in Tallinn as part of the Tallinn Food Fair. The competition brought together pizza makers from across Estonia, giving them the opportunity to compete, demonstrate their professional skills, and celebrate the art and culture of pizza making.

Sweet potato fries are a simple way to give a familiar side dish a more vibrant appearance, a mildly sweet flavour and higher nutritional value. Wernsing 11×11 mm fries are already cut and pre-fried in sunflower oil, so in a professional kitchen only the final cooking step is required.
As every year, this summer we had the special honour of being part of the spectacular French National Day (Bastille Day) celebrations organised by the Ambassade de France en Lettonie / French Embassy in Latvia.
