Our team has recently returned from an enriching visit to the Vendée region in France, where we had the privilege of engaging with one of the world’s most respected duck product specialists, Ernest Soulard.

This visit formed part of our employee recognition and motivation programme, designed to celebrate outstanding performance across the Baltic region. Top-performing sales representatives from each country were invited to gain firsthand insight into the production process and the values behind the products we proudly represent.

During the visit, our team observed how over 80 years of family heritage is thoughtfully combined with modern, responsible innovation. Particularly meaningful was the opportunity to witness:
