On April 22 and 23, Reaton Food held several unforgettable culinary seminars in Klaipėda, where together with our clients we delved into both the art of desserts and the preparation of excellent main dishes. At the same time, we continue to actively educate our clients about the products we distribute, sharing both practical advice and professional tips that help achieve the best results in the kitchen. 

On April 22, we met for an inspiring pastry seminar led by our head pastry chef Jānis Večens. This day was dedicated to everything that makes life sweeter - from the freshness of fruit purees to crispy tartlets and airy tiramisu. A special satisfaction came from one story: after the “Professionals’ Days 2026” exhibition, one client was looking for a solution to tame the capricious macarons. During the seminar, together with Jānis, we managed to find the right approach - everything fell into place, and the client went home confident and with ready recipes. 

On the same day, two masterclasses were held under the guidance of chef Rolands Kiršteins. At the “Magic of Sea Flavors” seminar, we focused on fish and seafood, unveiling how to achieve restaurant-level taste. In the second masterclass, “Choose Meat for Your Ideal Dish,” we explored the world of meat products and learned practical tricks for an excellent result. 

Participants not only watched the cooking process but also enjoyed new products and the finished masterpieces. The feedback was simply outstanding! The biggest star of the evening was the Chimichurri herb blend, which literally enchanted everyone present.
