This week, our café kitchen buzzed with a uniquely creative energy. Pastry chef Jānis Večens met face-to-face with our beloved client for an exclusive tasting session, collaboratively testing and selecting the finest dessert recipes for the summer season. Throughout the process, the details were perfected for our new glass desserts, elegant tartlets, and crispy croissants. The results are exceptional, and very soon these masterpieces will feature on our client’s menu!
