Over the years, they have brought together industry chefs, industry professionals, suppliers, food technologists, schools, restaurants, and retailers. This year, more than 1,500 tasty and high-quality products were presented at the exhibition, 44 suppliers took part, and more than 3,000 visitors from all the Baltic countries visited it. The exhibitions brought together several excellent professionals who shared their experience and skills - Michelin Chef and Beach House Restaurant owner Hywel Griffith. MasterChef UK winner, owner of two restaurants, and author of cookbooks, chefs Simon Wood and Ping Coombes, chef and MasterChef Malaysia title holder.
