The Latvian team won 16th place in the fierce competition of the best teams in Europe.
Team is satisfied with the work done. The chefs' task this year was to prepare a main course based on venison and foie gras, as well as a vegetarian dish honoring local potato varieties.
Latvia was represented in the competition by chef Dinārs Zvidriņš, who has won the title of Latvian Chef of the Year, as well as is a three-time winner of the Reaton Gold Chef's title, while commis is Sintija Blauberga. Team coach - “Reaton” corporate chef Edgars Jaunzems.
